Genius Guild LLC ("we," "us") operates Is My App Slop, a BUILD product, at ismyappslop.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• The website URL you submit for an audit
• Your email address
• Billing information for your purchase, which is collected and processed by Stripe
• Anything you send us when you contact support

Information we create for you:

• Your audit report, including scores, written observations, and suggested prompts
• Records of your order and of how your audit ran

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, links clicked, and the page or campaign that brought you to the Site

Information from other sources:

• Stripe, which tells us whether a payment succeeded
• Google Analytics and advertising platforms, which give us traffic and campaign information

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Run your audit and deliver your report
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Send receipts and respond to support requests
• Send you news or offers from BUILD, where you have agreed or where the law allows
• Understand how the Site is used and improve it
• Measure and improve our advertising
• Comply with legal requirements

3. Your email address

We collect your email address so we can deliver your report, send receipts, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your email address. If we send you news or offers from BUILD, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

4. How your audit is processed

To produce your report, we retrieve the public content of the page you submit, including text and screenshots, and send it to service providers that read and analyze it. These include a web crawling service and AI models provided through our AI platform. We do not log in to your site or access anything that is not public.

We keep your report, the URL you submitted, and the information related to your audit until you ask us to delete them. Content we retrieve from your page while producing your report may be kept with your report. To ask for deletion, email support@buildthedamnthing.com.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. We also use, or may use, Meta advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising.

The Site also stores small pieces of information in your browser, for example the URL you started typing so it is still there if you come back, and your privacy choices.

6. Payment processing

Stripe handles all payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information with service providers that help us run the Site and the Service, such as payment processing, web crawling, AI analysis, hosting, email delivery, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

Using advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.

We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights, and as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to object to or limit certain uses.

California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have rights under data protection laws, including the right to complain to their local authority.

To exercise a right, email support@buildthedamnthing.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can also opt out of analytics and advertising cookies on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Anyone who has your report link can view your report, so keep the link safe.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
